What you can expect
As
Team Lead B2B Marketing, you will own the strategy and execution of our B2B partner acquisition and retention efforts. Your mission is twofold: attract and onboard new professional dealers to Chrono24, and strengthen engagement, loyalty, and trust among our existing network of partners. You’ll lead a high-performing team and work cross-functionally to deliver measurable impact on business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute Chrono24’s global B2B marketing strategy to drive growth and partner engagement
- Create impactful communications to build loyalty and position Chrono24 as the marketplace of choice for professional sellers
- Strengthen relationships with our network 3,500+ watch dealers located around the world through targeted campaigns and lifecycle marketing
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, account management and CRM teams to deliver a seamless partner experience
- Own B2B marketing budget
- Manage and scale a high-performing team of 3+
- Foster a data-driven, results-focused team culture
