About
As Senior FP&A Controller (f/m/d), you will be a core member of our Controlling team, shaping the financial steering of Chrono24. You translate operational performance into financial impact, build scalable FP&A processes, and support the Management Board with data-driven decision-making. This role offers you the opportunity to drive meaningful FP&A structures and the transformation towards a more scalable, AI-enabled controlling function.
What you can expect
- Financial Steering & Decision Support: Translate operational KPI developments into P&L, EBITDA, and cash impact; create Executive and Board materials including financial commentary and issue flagging
- Planning, Forecasting & Modeling: Drive budget, forecast, and rolling forecast processes; build driver-based financial models and integrated cash and working capital planning
- Cost & Profitability Transparency: Create transparency on OPEX, payment costs, regional contribution margins, and profitability analyses
- FP&A Systems, Automation & AI: Drive the integration of financials into Snowflake/Qlik, automate manual processes, and develop AI-supported analysis and commentary workflows
- Financial Governance: Ensure consistent financial logic (segments, P&L structure, forecast logic) in close alignment with BI and Accounting
What sets you apart
- 5+ years of experience in Controlling or FP&A, ideally in a digital marketplace or e-commerce environment
- Strong FP&A skills: integrated planning, driver models, scenario analyses, and forecasting processes
- Ability to translate complex financial contexts into clear narratives and actionable recommendations
- Experience with FP&A tools (Pigment, Board, or similar), BI tools (Qlik, Tableau, or similar) and Lucanet (a plus)
- High initiative, structured working style, and a genuine drive to improve processes and structures
- Fluent in German and English
