As a Marketing Manager, you will own both Consumer and Partner marketing (B2C & B2B) for Hong Kong and Australia. You will work within a global–local setup, collaborating closely with the central Consumer, B2B, Brand, Product Marketing, and Localization teams, as well as the local Account Management team on a daily basis.

 As the main marketing point of contact for Hong Kong and Australia, you will develop and own the local marketing calendar, coordinate across teams, manage vendors, and be responsible for reporting and analytics. Success is this role is measured by growth in MAU and Requests, strong customer retention/LTV (B2C), and partner adoption/activation and acquisition pipeline (B2B).
What you can expect
  • Grow B2C demand and LTV through paid media, localization, and locally relevant campaigns.
  • Scale partner acquisition, activation, and retention in HK/AU with a B2B‑led approach.
  • Operate as a self‑starter—building 0→1 processes and codifying repeatable operations.

Key Responsibilities (HK/AU focus)
  • B2C (Demand Generation) 
    • Partner with the central Paid marketing team to run paid media campaigns in the region (e.g., Google/Meta), optimizing for CAC and ROAS.
    • Own CRM localization quality; plan and deliver localized campaigns as needed.
    • Drive app growth across installs, MAU, and retention, ensuring high‑quality localization.
    • Plan and execute local campaigns in collaboration with partners, media and community channels. 
  • B2B (Partner Growth) 
    • Own localization quality of partner facing content and proactively design and run programs across the partner lifecycle from acquisition to activation and retention.
    • Own localization quality of partner enablement and education assets (decks, talk tracks, case studies); create new assets as needed.
    • Plan and execute events and trade marketing.
    • Manage recurring communications (e.g. newsletters, feature launches), owning both content and localization quality as required.
  • Cross‑functional 
    • Collaborate with Marketing/Account Management/Product/Data/Legal.
    • Build and roll out HK/AU operating standards.
    • Manage local vendors (agencies, production, media).
    • Provide weekly reporting.
What sets you apart
  • 5+ years of marketing experience, including B2B growth and enablement as well as B2C paid marketing operations or agency management.
  • 3+ years of hands‑on experience in localization, with a strong focus on quality and execution.
  • Knowledge of the Hong Kong and Australia markets including regulations, payments/tax and media landscape. 
  • Experience with lifecycle and CRM operations (e.g., Braze or similar platforms).
  • Strong communication skills with proven ability to collaborate cross‑functionally and drive initiatives to completion.
  • Data‑driven mindset with experience using insights to inform decisions.
  • Languages: Business‑level English and Cantonese and Mandarin, Simplified & Traditional Chinese writing skills required.
  • Valid work authorization in the specified location.
  • Nice to Have
    • Japanese (for internal collaboration/document reading).
    • Experience in luxury, watches, or marketplace platforms.
    • Tools: GA4, Looker, Qlik, Asana, Jira, Canva.
    • Vendor management (selection through SLA management).
    • Event planning and on‑site execution.
