ABOUT THE ROLE
As Global Sales Operations Manager, you will be the architect of sales operations across our Marketplace and Private Office (VIP client) motions globally (EMEA, Americas, APAC) — and the Growth leadership team’s primary operating partner.
You will design the operating system (incl. tooling selection and implementation) behind our go-to-market dealer and VIP client teams, driving data quality, execution rigor, and scalable processes.
A key part of the role is helping Chrono24 leverage automation and AI-enabled capabilities across prospecting, CRM, forecasting, lead routing and qualification, insights, and enablement — while maintaining trust, transparency, and human judgment.
This role will join the Chief Growth Officer’s organization at Chrono24 and report to the leader for a Growth Operations.
