Als Werkstudent*in Vertrieb/Growth wirkst Du bei den täglichen Aufgaben unserer Abteilung mit und bist ein wichtiges Bindeglied zwischen Händlerinnen, Käuferinnen und unseren internen Teams. Damit leistest Du Deinen Beitrag, damit wir neue Partner gewinnen, unsere wichtigsten Accounts erfolgreich betreuen und High-Value-Kundinnen ein optimales Erlebnis bieten. Durch Deine aufmerksame sowie kommunikative Art und Deine analytischen Fähigkeiten unterstützt Du unser Team mit relevanten Analysen und KPI-Reports.
Darauf kannst Du dich freuen
  • Du unterstützt unsere Teams in den Bereichen Partner Acquisition, Key Account Management und Exclusive Clients bei ihrer täglichen Arbeit.
  • Du analysierst bestehende KPIs und entwickelst diese gemeinsam mit dem Team weiter.
  • Du erstellst Reports und Dashboards mit Excel und weiteren Analysetools.
  • Du begleitest den gesamten Prozess von der Händlerakquise bis hin zur Betreuung unserer exklusiven Kund*innen.
  • Mit Deiner Hilfe können wir die Beziehungen zu Händlerinnen und Käuferinnen nachhaltig verbessern.
  • Du unterstützt bei der Weiterentwicklung kund*innenzentrierter Prozesse und Verkaufsmechanismen.
Was Dich auszeichnet
  • Du befindest Dich in einem wirtschaftswissenschaftlichen Studium oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang und hast Lust, für einen internationalen Online-Marktplatz zu arbeiten.
  • Das Arbeiten mit Zahlen und Tabellen macht Dir Spaß, denn analytisches Denken ist eine Deiner großen Stärken.
  • Proaktives Mitdenken, Teamfähigkeit und eigenmotiviertes Handeln zeichnen Dich aus.
  • Deutsch und Englisch beherrschst Du in Wort und Schrift.
  • Idealerweise bringst Du Interesse für Luxusuhren und digitale Plattformen mit. Aber auch wenn Du noch keine Expertise hast – keine Sorge, wir bringen Dir alles Wissenswerte bei.

About
As a Working Student Sales/Growth, you will support the daily operations of our department and act as an important link between merchants, buyers, and our internal teams. Your contribution will help us win new partners, successfully manage key accounts, and provide high-value clients with an outstanding experience. With your attentive and communicative nature, combined with your analytical skills, you will support our team through valuable analyses and KPI reports.
What you can expect

  • You will support our teams in Partner Acquisition, Key Account Management, and Exclusive Clients in their daily tasks.

  • You will analyze existing KPIs and further develop them together with the team.

  • You will create reports and dashboards using Excel and other analytics tools.

  • You will accompany the entire process from merchant acquisition to the support of our exclusive clients.

  • With your help, we will continuously improve relationships with merchants and buyers.

  • You will contribute to the development of customer-centric processes and sales mechanisms.

What sets you apart

  • You are currently enrolled in a business-related degree program (or a comparable field of study) and are eager to work for an international online marketplace.

  • You enjoy working with numbers and spreadsheets, as analytical thinking is one of your greatest strengths.

  • You stand out through proactive thinking, team spirit, and self-motivated action.

  • You are fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.

  • Ideally, you have an interest in luxury watches and digital platforms. If not, no worries—we’ll provide you with all the knowledge you need.
