Als People Operations Specialist bist du ein integraler Bestandteil unseres People Operations Teams und konzentrierst dich auf administrative HR-Aufgaben sowie die Unterstützung unserer HR- und Payroll-Funktionen. Du arbeitest eng mit unseren People Partners und Talent Partners zusammen, um effiziente und effektive HR-Prozesse sicherzustellen und erhältst gleichzeitig die Möglichkeit, dich in deiner Rolle weiterzuentwickeln und zu wachsen.
Darauf kannst Du dich freuen
  •  Administrative Unterstützung: Übernahme klassischer administrativer HR-Aufgaben wie das Erstellen von Bescheinigungen und die Pflege digitaler Personalakten.
  • Payroll-Koordination: Schnittstelle zu unserem Payroll-Team, um eine korrekte und termingerechte Abwicklung aller Gehaltsabrechnungsprozesse zu gewährleisten.
  • Zusammenarbeit: Direkte Zusammenarbeit mit unseren People Partners zur Unterstützung von HR-Initiativen und -Prozessen.
  • HR-Software-Support: Ansprechpartner*in für Mitarbeitende und Führungskräfte bei Fragen zu unserer HR-Software Personio, inklusive grundlegender technischer und inhaltlicher Unterstützung.
  • Onboarding und Offboarding: Unterstützung bei der Durchführung unserer Onboarding- und Offboarding-Prozesse, um einen reibungslosen Übergang für Mitarbeitende zu gewährleisten.
  • Projektmitarbeit: Mitarbeit an bereichsübergreifenden HR-Projekten, Unterstützung und Sammeln von Erfahrungen im Projektmanagement.
  • HR-Reporting: Unterstützung beim monatlichen HR-Reporting und bei Analysen unter Anleitung erfahrener Teammitglieder.
Was Dich auszeichnet
  • Ca. 2 Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich Human Resources, Payroll oder einem verwandten Bereich.
  • Gute Kenntnisse in der HR-Administration, im Arbeitsrecht und in sozialversicherungsrechtlichen Regelungen.
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
  • Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit, Ideen klar zu präsentieren.
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft Office, insbesondere Excel, und Bereitschaft, neue Systeme zu erlernen.
  • Erfahrung mit HR-Software, insbesondere Personio, ist von Vorteil.
  • Teamfähigkeit, proaktive Arbeitsweise und Bereitschaft zu lernen und sich weiterzuentwickeln.

About
As a People Operations Specialist, you will be an integral part of our People Operations team, focusing on administrative HR tasks and supporting our HR and Payroll functions. You will work closely with our People Partners and Talent Partners to ensure efficient and effective HR operations, while also having the opportunity to learn and grow in your role.
What you can expect
  • Administrative Support: managing classic HR administrative tasks such as creating certificates, and maintaining digital personnel files.
  • Payroll Coordination: Serve as a liaison with our Payroll team to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll-related tasks.
  • Collaboration: Work directly with our People Partners to support HR initiatives and processes.
  • HR Software Support: Act as a point of contact for employees and managers regarding our HR software, Personio, providing basic technical and content-related support.
  • Onboarding and Offboarding: Assist in the execution of our onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for employees.
  • Project Participation: Contribute to cross-functional HR projects, providing support and gaining experience in project management.
  • HR Reporting: Support monthly HR reporting and analysis under the guidance of senior team members.
What sets you apart
  • Approximately 2 years of experience in Human Resources, Payroll, or a related field.
  • Good knowledge of HR administration, labor law, and social security regulations.
  • Strong German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
  • Good communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and a willingness to learn new systems.
  • Familiarity with HR software, particularly Personio, is an advantage.
  • A team player with a proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt.
