About
As a People Data & Systems Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the integrity and quality of our people data, managing reporting processes, and supporting projects that enhance our HR systems. You will work closely with the SVP People to align our tools and systems with our strategic objectives, ensuring that our HR operations are efficient, data-driven, and aligned with our company values.
What you can expect
  • Systems Alignment: Collaborate with HR and IT teams to help align people tools and systems with organizational needs. 
  • Reporting & Analytics: Support the development and maintenance of reporting frameworks to provide insights into key HR metrics. Assist in delivering actionable insights to stakeholders to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Project Support: Contribute to HR systems projects by assisting in planning, execution, and monitoring. Ensure tasks are completed on time and align with business objectives.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with HR, IT, and other departments to understand their needs and provide solutions that enhance people operations.
What sets you apart
  • Ideally Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • We are looking for someone with 2 years of experience in People Data. Are you a Data Analyst or HR Generalist with relevant experience? No problem!
  • Familiarity with HRIS platforms (Personio experience is a big plus) and data analytics tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and understanding of business needs
  • Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Als People Data & Systems Specialist bist du dafür verantwortlich, die Integrität und Qualität unserer Personaldaten sicherzustellen, Reporting-Prozesse zu steuern und Projekte zu unterstützen, die unsere HR-Systeme verbessern. Du arbeitest eng mit dem SVP People zusammen, um unsere Tools und Systeme an unseren strategischen Zielen auszurichten und sicherzustellen, dass unsere HR-Prozesse effizient, datenbasiert und im Einklang mit unseren Unternehmenswerten sind.
Darauf kannst Du dich freuen
  • Systemabstimmung: Arbeite mit HR- und IT-Teams zusammen, um People-Tools und -Systeme auf die Bedürfnisse der Organisation abzustimmen.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Unterstütze die Entwicklung und Pflege von Reporting-Frameworks, um Einblicke in wichtige HR-Kennzahlen zu ermöglichen. Hilf dabei, umsetzbare Erkenntnisse für Stakeholder bereitzustellen und datenbasierte Entscheidungen zu fördern.
  • Projektunterstützung: Trage zu HR-Systemprojekten bei, indem du bei Planung, Umsetzung und Überwachung unterstützt. Stelle sicher, dass Aufgaben termingerecht erledigt werden und mit den Unternehmenszielen übereinstimmen.
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Stakeholdern: Arbeite eng mit HR, IT und anderen Abteilungen zusammen, um deren Bedürfnisse zu verstehen und Lösungen zu bieten, die die People Operations verbessern.
Was Dich auszeichnet
  • Abgeschlossenes Bachelorstudium im Bereich Human Resources, Information Systems, Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder einem verwandten Bereich.
  • Wir suchen jemanden mit 2 Jahren Erfahrung im Bereich People Data. Bist du Data Analyst oder HR Generalist mit relevanter Erfahrung? Kein Problem!
  • Vertrautheit mit HRIS-Plattformen (Erfahrung mit Personio ist ein großes Plus) und Datenanalysetools.
  • Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten, hohe Detailgenauigkeit und gutes Verständnis für Geschäftsanforderungen.
  • Projektmanagement-Kompetenz und die Fähigkeit, mehrere Aufgaben gleichzeitig zu koordinieren.
  • Hervorragende Kommunikations- und zwischenmenschliche Fähigkeiten.
